2026 Rockville VBS Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Chinese Bible Church of Maryland's (CBCM's) Vacation Bible School (VBS) at the Rockville campus! This year's theme is "Emerald Crossing" where children will learn how to find peace in our anxious world through Jesus, our good shepherd. Join us for a time of song, dance, stories, games, snacks, crafts, and science experiments as we explore Jesus and our need for a Savior.

VBS Dates: June 22-26, 2026 from 9:00-12:30 PM
VBS Closing Party Date: Friday, June 26 from 7-8:30 PM
Cost: $25 (by June 1) or $35 per child; $5 off for each child after 1st registration
Age: 3 years old (must be potty-trained) to rising 6th grade
Registration Deadline: Sunday, June 14
Payment is non-refundable and due the first day of VBS.
- Pay by check payable to "CBCM" and write "VBS + child's name" on the memo line

CBCM's afternoon Chinese School will also offer an afternoon camp from 12:30-4:00 PM during VBS week. Register here.

Parent/Guardian Social Hour *

If we held a parent/guardian social-hour with snacks and workshops during VBS time, would you be interested and available to attend? Workshop topics may include speaking to your child about social media, mental health, their bodies, sexuality, life/death, teaching them how to pray, etc.

Every activity sponsored by this camp is carefully planned and supervised. However, even with the best planning and precaution, unforeseen events and injuries can occur. I agree to assume and accept all risks and hazards inherent in camp-related activities. I also agree not to hold this church or its employees or volunteer assistants liable for any injuries to the minor(s) listed in my registration, except for cases of gross negligence.

Photo Release *

I understand that my child may be photographed during VBS 2025. I agree to allow such photos to be freely used for publication and public relations for internal use by CBCM (i.e., end-of-year videos, annual report, etc). I waive my right to inspect and approve such use, and understand that the photos will be used only in relation to VBS. Children will not be identified by name. I release the church from any and all claims arising out of said use, including but not limited to claims of libel and invasion of privacy.
